Photographing winter brides can be no cozy feat! Make sure you and the bride are bundled up tight. And make sure to get the details that set the winter dress apart from the rest.

Happy Sunday!! I had to take the day to give a shout out to my very own Bows + Arrows for them landing the COVER (yes, the cover!!) of Southern Weddings!! This was a “Yellow Rose of Texas” theme and it turned out so gorgeous. So proud of Stephanie Miles and Ryan Ray for making this come to life. Can’t wait to collocate on another shoot.
We recently just got a kitten. So of course I’m loving all the photographs of how couples incorporated their pets into their wedding. I love how couples are able to involve their furry friends in their special day. It adds such a personal touch!
Table numbers can be so boring… a black number on a generic white table tent… so get creative and spice it up a bit! Here are some of my favorite ideas.
You may have gathered that I do way more than just flowers! I love all things craft too! What you may not know, is my deep love for pom poms….I used store bought mini poms for my 2009 wedding sprinkling them down the center of our family style tables a la runner and handmade pom pom wreaths hung over the entry doors to our venue! The pom squad is now in full force and here are some clever ways to use these puffy little yarn pretties!
