“It’s not often that I have the opportunity to go crazy with a look: Blemished grain, washed out contrast, gritty locations, flawed colors… While the things happening in front of the camera could have been interpreted in any way, I was more focused on peculiarity than the actual beauty of it. Add some awkward camera angles and Alicia Rico and you’ll have modern pop! The music choice is a Les Gams (French) cover of a non-hit single by The Exciters, He’s Got the Power–– A Le Truc!”
