Let’s get this party started! People are neon nuts as of late… it seems like it just keep growing. From couture to paper, it really can be gorgeous and there’s no doubt – it definitely makes a splash!
I’ve been obsessed with Yeah Rentals ever since I saw I first encountered them. It’s an amazing collection of mid-century to give you a rare opportunity to break away from the chivari chairs and into your personality. As mid-century modern lover this makes my heart smile.

xo,
How great would it be to incorporate a bus? On the way or as part of the party (maybe as a bar?) — what ever you would do with it I love that it brings decor and festivity! Airstreams, Volkswagons, Double deckers, school buses… Looks like fun right?
happy little buses found here, here, here, here, here, here, here, here, here and here

It’s the unexpected kick, that hidden (or statement-making) bridal twist: The Braid. Whether Dutch, French, Grecian or simply fishtail, the options are endless. Tuck a tiny traditional ribbon in a sleek chignon, double-rope-wrap as a headdress or even stream a small number through a pixie. Make them soft and feminine or edgy and out there; add strands of silver or gold, flowers or berries, or wear them in pure form. Whichever way you twist it, they make a versatile, beautiful wedding-day do.

Honestly, I don’t even know what got into me but but when I was thinking about what to post I happened upon a pillow of a camel and then the idea of camels at weddings popped into my head my head. I quickly recalled my friend Libby’s wedding (which is blow your mind amazing and I promise to share with you all soon) and off I went… riding into the marital sunset on none other than….a camel. Tell me you do not love these photos. Most of them are in exotic locations except the bride getting kissed on the nose which is in Georgia of all places!! Enjoy thinking outside the box for a moment.

xo,
No doubt that paper selection is an important part of every bride’s wedding but think about using it for decor. Like major decor. As props, as entries, as part of your fashion. It’s easy (well, kinda) and more importantly it’s inexpensive so you can afford to have a “craft night” with your girlfriends to see what you can come up with. Here’s a little inspiration for your little ol’ fashiony-crafty self!
Loving this gorgeous video by Meet + Cute in Charlottesville, Virginia. Beautifully captured and styled from beginning to end. Found on Vimeo… a great resource for ideas when you are thinking about videography. Enjoy!!
